ABOUT US

1984: Dwellcourt was formed to acquire Silvermere Golf and Leisure Ltd as a diversification away from the original family fresh produce businesses.

 

1987: Kingswood Golf and Country Club and Doug McClelland Golf Stores were acquired.

 

1990: South East Academy of Golf was created.

 

1997: Joint venture started to run outside event catering which grew to become Best Parties Ever, the UK’s largest Christmas Party company.

 

2004: Associate company European Salad established which has grown to become a leading fruit and vegetable wholesaler based in New Covent Garden Market in London and Paris.

 

2013: Golf Retail Group was formed to merge Doug McClelland Golf Superstore, the busiest green grass golf Pro shop in Europe, with successful specialist internet retailers Left Handed Golf and Internet Golf Store (IGS).

 

2016: Dwellcourt sold their stake in Best Parties Ever to their JV partner who has continued to grow the business and since re-branded it as Eventist Group.

 

2018: Euro Select Golf Limited formally created.

 

2020: Works commenced to redevelop Downs Farm (Epsom, Surrey) as a business park, creating commercial office and warehouse space to let on flexible terms. Completion expected by Dec 2020.

 

Dwellcourt also has property management interests through its majority stake in Claredale Estates Limited.
